About The Chef
Chef Bruce Auden is a James Beard award-nominated chef with adventurous and creative menus. A native North Londoner, Chef Auden opened Biga on the Banks in 2000. The restaurant has been honored with multiple James Beard award nominations and maintains the highest Zagat rating of any fine dining restaurant on the River Walk.

Biga on the Banks is located at 203 S. St Mary’s Street, San Antonio, TX. Dinner is served Tuesday thru Sunday beginning at 5 p.m. To reserve a table, call (210) 255-0722, or use its online reservation form. The restaurant does have self-parking under the One Alamo Center. Enter the garage on the Market Street Side of the building and look for the Biga sign on the left with the blinking blue light.
